Shipping policy

1. It takes 2 working days to dispatch the order and New articles under fresh arrivals or Celebrity collection takes 2-3 working days to dispatch.
2. COD orders will only dispatch after the confirmation from the customer.
3. It usually takes 2-3 Working days to deliver the order.
4. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or phone/whataspp from our delivery partner.
5. In exceptional cases, customers gets informed by our support team, or you can reach out to us via email hello@jynara.in.

Any order purchased through store credits/ gift cards won't be exchanged/returned by the team. Any outfit once exchanged, won't be returned/exchanged again.
